A taste of Spring, all year long
We don't have to wait for Mother Nature to play nice. If you've been longing for the sights and smells of spring, it's time to discover one of Omaha's greatest treasures: Lauritzen Gardens.
This beautiful oasis is one of my favorite places to rejuvenate and appreciate all of our many blessings. I'm especially excited about their current display called "The Secret Garden," which celebrates the centennial anniversary of the beloved novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett.
As you wander through the twists and turns of the special path within "The Secret Garden," you'll find a stunning collection of beautiful plants and flowers. You've got to get there before May 9 if you want to experience this wonderful secret garden.
